Please read this notification from East Carleton and Ketteringham Parish Council:
Following the Prime Minister’s announcement, on 4 January 2021, of a lockdown in England, Ladybelt Country Park will remain open for local people to exercise. Please follow government guidelines and stay at home unless you are exercising locally. More information can be found here.
If you find that the Ladybelt car park is full when you arrive please come back when the park is quieter and do not block the entrance. Please do not park on the road or in passing places as this is dangerous.
For safety reasons could all visitors only access the park via the car park walkway. The roadway is for heavy goods vehicles which access the quarry and is not for pedestrian access.
Please protect our precious wildlife habitats by keeping to the marked footpaths and by taking litter home or putting it in the bins provided. There is a litter bin and a dog waste bin located at the entrance.
Please stay within the Country Park boundaries and do not trespass on the neighbouring land which is all privately owned.
Thank you for your continued support in keeping our wonderful country park safe.
